I hava seen somewhere that the previous versions of delphi and C++ are sold separate... can you please help me out where do i buy those ? are there external partners or i have to apply to embarcadero ? Where do i get the prices for that?

He says Delphi enterprice costs like 1999 usd while the pro versions cost like 999 usd... there you have it ...
can you please tell me where do i buy those versions of delphi or C++ builder ? since at the moment i am interested only for windows development and the starter editions do not help me with those licenses.
