std::isfinite(x)

I have been investigating the Armadillo: C++ linear algebra library using the 64-bit compiler.

Armadillo makes use of std::isfinite(x) for C++11 compilers. But std::isfinite(x) is not available

in Rad Studio 10.2 Tokyo. Why is this so?
