I have Delphi XE8. I have just updated to Windows 10. After that update it is not possible to choose Target Platform Win32 in the Project Manager. It is only possible to choose Win64, and it not possible to add a Target Platform. It is the same for all projects and all new projects.
I have added the win32 to Platforms tag in the project file, because Delphi has removed win32. But it does not help me. I hope someone can help me.
