I can't get the 10.2.3 installer to work. Fails every time, six or eight times so far.
At first it was telling me to quit RAD Studio, which was NOT open. It then told me to use the installer I used to install 10.2.1 to uninstall it.
So, I uninstalled 10.2.1 myself and the 10.2.3 installer still fails. No helpful message is given - just, "Operation failed". I think it is failing to even download anything.
Additionally, I should add that in my attempts, I selected different features each time, ultimately only selecting 32bit Delphi and nothing else.
Still failed.
I'm reinstalling 10.2.1 and it seems to be working just fine. I notice that in Windows' Programs and Features, we are unable to 'Modify' our installation. Does that mean we can't go back and install pieces we don't install the first time?
Maybe I should try the ISO?
