Can I open tWebBrowser with file://Test.htm ?

Hi

I should be able to open tWebBrowser with file://Test.htm, shouldn't I?

But when ever I try, I am told the file does not exist. But it does. If I try to open it with a file created by myself, containing only a simple link, it works. But if this file itself are refering to a another file in a subdirectory, it fails. I tried all I could think off, but nothing seems to work.

Is there any documentation of tWebBrowser anywhere? Any demo-programs? The sourcecode for tWebBrower?
