FireDAC Connection Editor Opens Behind RAD Studio or Offscreen

Greetings:

When trying to open the Connection Editor for a FDConnection on RAD Studio 10.2.1 and using a HDPI display like on a Surface Pro 4 or Surface Book 2, the Connection Editor seems to open, but doesn't appear in the foreground. The RAD Studio UI is then locked until pressing the ESC key on the keyboard to bring focus back to RAD Studio.

Please advise on how to access the hidden editor.
