Problem with trial version Delphi 10.1 Berlin Starter

Hello, Could somebody help me with the following problem: I downloaded Delphi 10.1 Berlin Starter. And after the launch, I get an error "Exception EAccessViolation in module coreide240.bpl". How can I fix it problem? Thanks Max
