Unable to Start Interbase XE7 server

So I recently attempted to start using interbase XE7, I have licenses for 'IBLite XE7 Deployment License For all Platforms' and 'Interbase XE7 ToGo Test Deployment'

I created a local server (desktop edition) with the IBConsole, but am unable to actually start the the server, when I use the IB Server manager to attempt to start it. It just says "unable to start the server: unknown error", this occurs in both automatic and manual startups. And I my firewall is disabled. And I have restarted my PC multiple times.

I am at a complete loss for what to do here. The error message is in now way helpful. And I can't seem to find anyone else with the same Issue. Some help would be much appreciated! Thank you
